Information for parents
MathonFingers combines paid abacus classes with homework access for enrolled students. Your teacher confirms class arrangements and fees, then gives your family a student username and password. The website does not collect class payments.
Accounts and progress
Your teacher creates one login for each child. We use the child’s nickname, username, enrollment status and practice results to provide class access and track progress. Passwords are handled by Supabase Authentication. Use a nickname rather than a child’s full name.
Account and practice data are stored through Supabase. The app also stores sign-in state, homework and preferences in your browser, including work waiting to sync. Your teacher can view enrolled-student progress. Other students should only be able to see their own records.

Learning expectations
Twenty minutes of homework on five days is a practice goal, not a guaranteed path to proficiency in a fixed number of weeks. Start with the physical abacus and follow your teacher’s guidance before moving to mental practice. App results do not certify finger technique or official abacus examination grades.
